    Homemade whole-wheat vegan pumpkin waffles w/ protein powder
    Falafels balls on a salad with hummus
    Brown rice and lentils with zucchini, eggplant, spinach, leeks, garlic and marinara sauce
    Raw Revolution Chocolate Coconut bar (sample size from the Boston Vegetarian Food Festival) and a green apple

    It's a vegan day, I guess.

    breakfast/lunch - coffee w/ sugar & soymilk
    dinner 1 - burrito (refried beans & salsa)
    dinner 2 - tomato soup & crackers
    snack - kiwi & strawberries
    this is a horrible pattern of eating. :/

    Today's menu:

    B- Homemade whole-wheat vegan pumpkin waffles w/ protein powder
    L- Whole wheat english muffin w/ tofu, carrot, apple, orange
    D- Homemade autumn veggie soup (butternut squash, potato, cauliflower, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, vegan sour cream, spices)
    S- 1 mini PB & J larabar sample from the Veggie Festival
    S- Wheat farina w/ banana, almond milk and cinnamon

    Another vegan day...

    B: Rice krispies + nut/rice-milk
    L: Vegetable soup with 2 slices of toast (with vegan margarine stuff)
    D: Frys veg. schnitzel, cucumber, mixed lettuce, and pasta with homemade tomato/mushroom sauce with courgette.

    Not sure if I'll have anything else later... got a bit of an upset stomach today

    Smoothie [Soy milk, banana, Vega powder]

    Mixed green salad [Romaine, mache, red bell pepper, raisins, pepitas, carrot, apple, celery and balsamic vinegar]

    Eggplant, seitan and split pea stew with grilled garbanzo bean polenta and collard greens

    Couple of mugs of Green Earl Grey tea
    Lots of water
